Learning From Our Children

Some fun morning learning activities :-)
                               Our youngest learner!

Good Morning friends!

John 1:3
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

One look at our children reminds me of the awesome God we serve that created these little miracles! What a joy it already is, watching them learn side-by-side and seeing them grow! They teach me new things everyday as well!

Maria was trying to emulate what Jacob was doing. Having a little trouble she said "I can't do it like you did, Jacob!" In our home, there is no room for the word 'can't'. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!! Jacob's response was "Don't say you can't Ria, you can do anything! Try again! God and I will help you!" Aawww! Such wise words for a four year old. How wonderful it is when our children's understanding and usage grows and they use it to encourage and build others up. Makes a mama's heart smile :-)

Off to start tonight's dinner, pack a picnic, and hang some clothes out on the line (oh how I love warm sunny days!!) before we head out to swimming this morning. The hubby and I decided we would surprise the children and take a picnic to the park afterwards!!

Blessings for your day ahead <3

Helping Maria with writing her numbers

(We had some paint left over when we did our chalkboard wall. I had some old cookie sheets I had saved to paint. They love practicing numbers, letters, and just drawing on them!)

                              Have a great day!
